AI-Powered Automation

AI-powered automation refers to software solutions that use artificial intelligence models to automate repetitive, high-volume work such as image processing, text generation, and data classification. Esfasoft integrates LLM and image-processing APIs into your existing processes and builds the management layer that reviews, approves, and connects AI output to your operations.

Who is this service for?

A significant part of your team's time goes to repetitive, standardized tasks. High-volume work such as image editing, content generation, or data classification is still done by hand.

What we do

  1. 1

Image processing and batch AI workflows

Product images, scanned documents, and photos processed automatically.

  2. 2

Text and content automation (LLM integration)

Product descriptions, summaries, classifications, and reply drafts generated with large language models.

  3. 3

    Data classification and validation systems

Flows that categorize incoming data and flag inconsistencies.

  4. 4

    Decision support and recommendation engines

Suggestions learned from historical data that speed up team decisions.

  5. 5

    High-volume processing pipelines

Queue-based, observable pipelines that process thousands of records.

  6. 6

Management layer connecting AI output to operations

Human approval, correction, and feedback loop in the same panel.

What you get

  • Human time freed from repetitive work
  • High-volume tasks completed in minutes
  • AI output that is reviewable and reversible
  • Automation embedded in your systems — no separate tool to learn
  • Image-processing infrastructure proven in our own product ESPicAI

Frequently asked questions

Where does AI automation make sense?

In repetitive, rule-based, high-volume work: product image editing, product description generation, document classification, routing customer messages, data cleaning. For one-off or low-volume tasks the investment may not pay back — we calculate this together during the initial analysis.

Which AI models do you use?

Depending on the need, LLM APIs and image models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Where data privacy requires it, open-source models running on your own infrastructure can be evaluated.

What happens when the AI makes a mistake?

Critical flows include a human approval step: the AI produces output, an authorized user approves or corrects it. Accuracy is monitored, and results below a defined threshold drop into a manual queue automatically.

Is our data shared with AI providers?

Only the data that must be processed is sent, under the provider's API terms. Where personal data is involved, anonymization and KVKK/GDPR compliance are part of the project design.
